First of all, you need to do some investigation into your engine options.  The Z32 engine swap is NOT easy.  The SR20DET swap is a piece of cake in comparison.  And displacement is only part of the equation...you'll have more money left over after the SR20DET swap for upgrades than you would after a Z32 swap.  I'd say just bolt a turbo kit on your KA and smoke 'em.

Do a search

Last I checked the S14 didnt weigh in at 3500 pounds. You must be looking at the weights posted inside of the door jam, that is how much the car weighs with 5 people that roughly weigh around like 170 to 200 and a full tank of gas and what not. I know someone else can clear that up for me.

Its not exact but the s14 weighs in somewhere at around 2700 or so with you in it probaly.

the lightest S13 was the 89 coupe...at about 2650
the 1998 S14 is around 2900. &nbsp;not anywhere near 3500. &nbsp;I looked for the info, but couldn't find it right away. &nbsp;www.google.com

If I remember correctly the S14 is 2810-2870 lbs.

S13's are almost exactly 100lbs less.

Not a huge weight difference at all. Don't eat for a week and I'm sure you'd get an advantage. &nbsp; <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/hehe.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':hehe:'>
