does anyone know of any good looking taillight conversion kits for an s14 silvia

There really isn't a conversion for the S-14 taillights.  The only thing you can do is swap 95-96 lights for 97-98.  You can also paint your taillights.  If you have the 95-96 taillights, you can use your imagination, some vinyl and end up with a unique style.
