trying to take out the rear quarter glass help

i have a s13 hatch and im going to try to take out the glass on the rear quarter panel. The one that had 240sx on the window. Are there any tricks is this siliconed in i cant seem to get it out ive tryied for a while...please help:hammer:

The plastic window is glued and clipped in, you'll have to plie it out and try not to crack it, it will probably happen because mine cracked on the plastic hooks, after that comes off, it should be ez. I hope you have experience taking glass pieces out otherwise you might shatter the whole thing.
