i was just pondering, can i get off the parking ticket if the officer didn't sign on the bottom where it says:

"I DECLARE UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA THE FOREGOING IS TRUE AND CORRECT."

and for "Arresting or Citing Officer" where it's suppose to be signed it was left blank, can i get off?

it's only $35, but i'm thinking, i can replace all my pully belts for 35... so i really don't wanna pay... so i can't get off?
