Sorry man, I don't have an S14, so I've no idea.
I do know there's much more in the way of supports for the S14, so I'd take the rigidity to be ok, but the geometry I wouldn't know the first thing about.

no, you do not need the core support, you can use the regular support. Although you will need to cut a part of the support to fit the headlights. You can get the bumper prolly on ebay or at www.superiornissanmotorsports.com

OMG I suck. I've been out of the 240 loop for too long
I totally remember DLing a template that shows where to trim a S14 support for correct fitment... omg omg.... lemme see if I still have it, i MIGHT.

But more importantly, I got hte template off of someone's personal website, I remember that much (it was like 2 yrs ago tho). I'll dig around, it's prolly on a CD I put god knows where... In the mean I'd hit up google and see what you can find.
