Remove glass from regulator, remove regulator from door, remove motor from regulator.

45 seconds.

Yeah, its a tight space to work in but it can be done. I believe the FSM has a walkthrough.

- Take out the glass by unbolting the 4 10mm nuts then pull out the glass carefully
- Unbolt the 4 12mm nuts on the regulator then just pull it off
- Disconnect the plug on the motor
- Unbolt the 3 screws that's holding the motor on the regulator

The just put in the new one in reverse order. BAM! Window works. Hope this helped.

Great reading skills. The window does not have to come out, but it does have to come loose from the regulator to be able to pull the regulator out of the door.

Think about it, the regulator won't budge if the window is holding it in place.
