DIY: Widebody Fenders???
I am about to ACTUALLY mold my fenders on my car instead of rivet them like they are right now. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a DIY post on it. I have a supplies list and will take pics of al of the steps. I just want to gage interest in this. Just to see if anyone would really care.

My friend is helping with a lot of the work. He just graduated from college for autobody, but I thought someone would like to save some money and maybe this would help. So if anyone is worried it will be done right.

I've done a lot of body work on my bikes, but haven't played with the car yet. Some documentation on molding in the fenders nicely would be great ~

I molded the widebody on my, dont laugh, Cavalier, and I can tell you that it is a major pain. Make sure that the rivets are steel because fiberglass wont stick to aluminum ones. But if your friend really knows what hes doing then it shouldnt be too bad. Good luck
