It says 20+hp increase, i found this the other Advance Timing Kit seller on eBay with 20 negative feedbacks all saying "HIS" Timing Advance KIT is just a fraud of 4 cheap papers of instruction This 20 Neg Feedback guy ..

I am not even going to look at the link and tell you it's bull shit there are no simple mods that will give you a 15-20% hp increase.  Besides turning up the boost on a turbo equiped vehicle.  Advancing the timing will maybe give you a 2-5hp increase but it won't be thoughout the rpm range and will hurt more than it benefits.  I would call shenanagins on that character and let the stupid buy his "20hp" strategy
