tranny wires?

ok i need your help , i am trying to figure out what the wires comming out of the tranny are for, i am spacificly looking for the 3rd on back, starting at the block going backwards, i belive there are 4 accuall plugs its not the big black plug, they are just some kind of sensor but i dont know what it is.....
what does that sensor do?

crank position sensor is on top of the bellhousing. what kind of transmission do u have? this pic is for a s13 trans. it doesn't have a crank position sensor only s14 does

maybe

that might be your reverse light sensor but im not sure, one of the sensors is.

It's the same transmission smart guy. The JDM one doesn't have the 4th gear switch, all the others are in the same location.
