Ok... I think my dying turbo just went out.

While pulling in to work about 20 minutes ago I noticed my vacuum only at 10lbs and I attempted to spool the turbo and I only got to 5 lbs. Once I pulled into my parking spot my vacuum stayed at 10lbs and when I hit the throttle I had no response on my boost guage. I popped the hood for a quick look just to make sure the boost guage line wasnt leaking and it didnt "Seem" to be, but who knows. I noticed a dramatic power decrease while pulling into work. So guys is my smoking turbo finally dead or did I just blow off a crucial vacuum line of some sort.
