Sup everyone.
Im a little new to the nissan sceen. I used to have a mozda mx6 but got tired of front wheel drive. Now for my next project, im getting a 95-up 240 asap. I have never worked on a nissan befor and am rather anctous to get one going cuz i have never seen one in the area. I nee to have a fast car though. So i need info on good enjine to start with. Im a strong believer in turbo and am definatly going in that direction. I figure iether going with a sr20de or 300zx TT motor. I would like to use the 300 but $ is an issue. |

well those are get ideas if i had 1% sanity i would've kept the ka24de motor and turbo it. the sr20det is kinda pricey but it is an excilent motor and is a direct swap in, rev-hard now sells turbo manifold for the ka motor so a custom turbo setup wont be that hard, plus it's an iron block unlike the sr20....
now the vg30dett(z32) or vg30et motor is a every tricky swap, a few people have done it, there are two poeple on freshalloy.com that have, if you do a seach lik vg30 240sx u will bring up the post. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'> |
