S14 Speed Sensor?

I know with a s13 you dont need a transmission harness & I recently got a s14 shell that didnt have a tranny harness. First off the car has a s13 tranny in it so I bought a S14 speed sensor but I noticed it didnt have any wires. So the question is does the S14 VSS connect to the tranny harness?

S13 VSS has a two foot lead on it, S14 VSS does not. Make a plug or buy an S14 lower harness.
