How do I remove the bumper support after the bolts are out?

I need to replace my rear bumper support on my s13 convertible but even after I remove all the bolts it still does not come off. Could it be welded? I have been banging at it for a while. I noticed there are two bolts in the middle of the support but they don't seem to be holding anything in and I can not take them out cause they are too close to the body. HELP!

There are 2 bolts on each side inside the trunk/hatch, and there should be one bolt on the left side under the car where the tow hook is. Remove those and it should slide out.
