EGR issue.

I have a 95 240SX SE w/o ABS that I bought from cali. Check engine light comes on and when I pull the code from my ecu it reads 32 EGR Malfunction. I have done everything I could do, checked for leaks, replaced vacuum lines, used a rediculous ammount of carb cleaner to clear up carbon buildup, checked the main line leading to my intake from my exhaust, everything. I erase the code and it comes back not too long later, typically the next day when taking my roommate to work. Anyone got any idea's that might work? I'm broke as shit right now so I can't afford to just have it welded and closed off, I live in vegas btw.

What do the plugs look like? You could be running lean, causing high cylinder temperatures, which would fool the EGR into operating inconsistently.

There's a short fat hose kinda underneath that you can't see it easily and it's a real hooker to get to. You may want to double check because they're pretty much all swiss cheese. I'd take a picture for you but I don't have my car at the shop today.

I replaced that vacuum line, it was full of holes when i did that. I also replaced the top one. I haven't yet checked my plugs, that could be an issue that I'll check out tomorrow after I take my roommate to work. If they are bad then I'll change those and if it doesn't change then I'll inform. Either way I'll reply back to this, thanks.

Well I changed the plugs and the car seems to run alot better, alot faster. I cleared my ecu but i dont know if its going to stay fixed or not. I'll reply to this again tomorrow and let you know what happens after I retest my ecu again.
