installing diff

finally want to toss out the welded diff in my car i left it in my car for about 2 months now, it seems like it tearing my rear end apart as if it loosened everything, everytime i make a turn it sounds as if my cars body was flexing or something with the suspension... so i decided im going to put the old one back in , i was gonna do it the other day and notice the 2 diffs were different? are there suppose to be washers or something on the front mount of the diff? if so where what is it that i have to buy to remount my old diff? heres a pic i found, the white circled parts is where idk what goes beneath those bolts and if they are even regular bolts

and heres the pic of my diff imma throw in, are there suppose to be inserts in those 2 big holes???

Diff bushings maybe? There's a thought. Your car already has a set unless it's an S13.
