okay, just finished my 5 speed swap, got the car running, bleed the clutch, firm pedal, but it wont go in gear when the cars on. when the cars off it will go in gear though...wtf? help please, thanks

Something wrong with the clutch. Too many things to know just from your post.

Did you remove the clutch damper?

Yeah same thing happened to me before

In my case the clutch disc springs blew out

yeah, no clutch damper. im preety sure it the TOB though. I dont think it on the shaft all the way.

Clutch Disc is backwards, I had that same problem when I changed the clutch on my friends rx7. I'm not a mechanic, so listen to some of these guys more. But I had the same prob and that fixed it.

Also, make sure the Slave has full travel, It may not be moving in/out all the way to fully engage.
