Ok, I've noticed that both of my PS and Alt belt are worned down pretty bad and I was wondering if I replaced the alternator belt would that change my timing since it rotates around those pullies?

no not going to change timing

Your alternator belt has nothing to do with changing timing. You should probably take it to a shop to get it done.

I know how to change it, its just that I dont know how to do timing, so I wanted to be aware of it before taking it apart. thanks for the replies!!!

The timing chain is what would effect the timing if it was moved.
