question about cam followers

i just rebuilt my head on an RB25, and am ready to swap it in. but just a quick concern, after all my cam followers are in place, all except three of them are able to push down a tiny bit fairly easily - as if the cam lobes were pushin on them. but the other three wont go down at all, or need to be pushed down really hard. i inspected every thing and all seems fine. if something were wrong, it would be the 3 followers themselves., and i dont think its a big deal, but just to make sure (because i know that on my dsm, being able to push the lifters too easily means theyre too weak)
