Went to the SHOWOFF today in J-town. I think there were more people there than last year. I must say, there were a lot of hot chics this year. The chics that went to look at cars were even better than some of the models! My friends digi-cam was out of batteries! Dang, that was a burn.

As for the cars, same' ol same' ol. As for 240's, few S13's, saw two S14's BOTH with S15 front end. Looked pretty ok but not really feel'n it that much. I would rather have seen a S14a or S14b. The first ride that caught my attention was SIGNAL AUTO's S15. Was pretty badass. Here is a link for its specs: SIGNAL S15

Overall the show was pretty weak. Nothing too special.
Anyone else go? If so what did you think.

I was there in my 240.  Didn't get to walk around much.  Spend most of the time around my cars and answering questions....

Was nice to see more Nissans at the show.  I really liked the S13 in the back. Cars were set up real nice for drifting.....

Gumpy- just checked out the website.  Couple of nice project cars.  One note though.  The black 240 isn't a sil-eighty.  You have neither a silvia front end nor 180sx back end.  Technically it would be a One-via if anything (180sx front with silvia rear).  How you incorporate the SR is up to you.

Ya there were two s13's in the back next to each other.  They were set for drifting.  Sam's S13 was there as well.  So Grumpy, I am assuming you drive the dark maroon colored S13?  If so, NICE car!

240 2NR-  yea I know....  The guy that made our website did it wrong and he just hasn't changed it.  I get EMails all the time,  but oh well......  I lived in Japan for 8 years and drifted when I was there so I do know whats what.. heheheheheh
The new one and that Black one are the same car.  But now,  I have no idea what to car the car but just a 240sx........

kanekz -  yea that was my car....  Just got word that my rims (PIAA Rozza)are on there way from Japan.  Now I can finish the car....  5lug conversion with the 2JZ rotor conversion up front........

Figured you probably knew the difference but it may have slipped whn you made the page or something. &nbsp; Not the best way to come across as credible in a community of know it alls. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

Yea I know. &nbsp;I keep trying to get him to change it and he never gets around to it. &nbsp;Oh well!!!!

I know what you mean about a "community of know it alls" &nbsp;thats why I am not on the boards as much as I use too. &nbsp; To many people beliving everything they have read on the net or what someone told them.

I just try to keep to myself and help people when they ask me for it. &nbsp;I know it sounds messed up, &nbsp;but when you try to help someone out and then they turn around and tell you" &nbsp;Man, &nbsp;you don't know anything!! &nbsp;I read...........". &nbsp; After awhile you just say "Screw it".

I play with nissan just about everyday and I know nothing.....??? &nbsp;Oh well, &nbsp;thats life.....................
