Has anyone replaced the rubber weatherstripping that is attached to the glass of my '91 hatchback? Mine is cracking and I need to replace it.

I did, this week!

Go to a local windshield shop and ask them for a custom job. Nissan doesn't offer the weatherstrip anymore (in Canada, I dunno about the USA)

Nissan usa sells them. Be carefull they might give u some bull that u have to buy the whole window. but u don't. It will run around $35 or $70 i cant remeber, bought it 2 yrs ago and just put it on 3wks ago. it was fairly easy, I used the wrong sealer but it seems to be working.

I'm in the Montreal Area (Quebec).

Nissan Canada used to sell them last year, but it seems they went out of stock this year.

i went to a junkyard and took one off another 240, it was in perfect condition, looks brand new, and it cost me 0$ cause my boss knows the owner. Does anyone else have alot of windnoise from there sunroof? mine doesnt seem to close really hard, so i stuck a pen in between the clamp and the roof, i dunno, was my solution..... anyway to tighten it?

Since the question has been answered, let me give a little advice: You fellas that have sunroofs, don't forget to Armor-all the striping for that and everyone do your window's striping at least once a year. This will help to improve it's life and prevent replacements, even if they aren't that expensive.
