Just visiting my parents who are here for an extended amount of time thanks to my dad taking a job in the city. Third time back here and can say this city really never gets old, the lack of sunshine however does haha. The price of items like going out can be outrageous as well.

Anyways, just figure I'd post up some pictures for everybody here of the trip so far. I'm still here until Friday so I'll probably post up some more later as well.

View from outside the apartment. The Hard Rock Cafe is right around the corner to the right and Piccadilly Circus is a couple of blocks down to the left. Buckingham Palace is a block or so away as well.

Finally saw a nice car. . . aside from all the BMW's, Benz's, Audi's, etc.

Badass little Civic, wish we could get these back home.

Never heard of this one, but it did have a Nardi wheel which was the first thing I noticed.

Little place a block away from the apartment, it's always full right after work and there are so many good places to eat at.

Piccadilly Circus, one of the main spots in town.

Took a trip to Greenwich the other day.

The pubs around here have some pretty good names, another one I saw was named "Spread Eagle" :lol:

Buckingham Palace at the changing of the guard. We didn't go for that that but got caught in the crowds.

Big Ben and Parliament

Going to see the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge again tomorrow.

You had the cars posted twice, so I edited your post. Nice shots though, looks like fun. It's been a long time since I've been out of the "States". Always good to go soak up culture in other places.

Yeah, the culture here is amazing. Just walking down the street you'll hear so many different languages being spoken. I miss Europe that's for sure, used to live in Germany/Belgium when I was a kid and always want to come back.

The Mitsuoka Viewt is a Nissan March.
Mistuoka is an aftermarket company that revamps the designs of certain cars. They did a 180sx version that ended up looking like a '30s saloon.

Tops things to do in London.

Eat lots of Cornish Rolls/bread things.

Drink lots of cold port and smoke cigars CUBANS.

Guiness on the pump, not on the tap.

Green King, King of Bitter ale, I miss it, could drink it forever.

Go to Turnmills if you like electronica and want to find where all the cute girls are hiding.

Damn I've always wanted to visit there and to live for a short time.

Tried to get stationed over there. But never happened.

No problem, figured it'd be nice to show a different part of the world

It is def. worth a trip over for anybody, just don't expect free refills on basic drinks, that's always something I forget.
