I'm pretty sure they're the same engine.The head may be different but as far as I know it will fit.

The Truck motor WILL NOT FIT!!!! The motor mount on the right is different and trans/starter are different is is the big brother to the Z20/22 and other eariler Nissan motors <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/nervous.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':nervous:'>

If it didn't fit, wouldn't it be something different than a KA24E?  Can the motor mounts be swapped from the the 240 to the truck engine?
