I know this means i have blown piston rings. However, I just need assistance on what to get.

I just want it running normal again. I plan to go SR soon, so i dont need anything out of price range. Just to fix the problem of low compression, and lots of blow by.

If you can point me in the right direction, that would be great.

It isn't worth the money and time. It would probably be cheaper to find another ka motor and stick it in for the mean time.

Oh alright then. I guess I'll do that then. The only reason I asked is because i have a decent motor. Not a lot of miles on it ya know. It'll be hard to find one thats under 100K

I think the KA has a lot of potential. I'm going to NA tune mine cause I don't believe an SR motor is worth it, you can't even BAR it here in california i believe.

The quality of a motor has nothing to do with mileage. How do you have a "decent motor" if your getting blow by? It sounds like you have a crappy motor. Well treated KA's get 200K+ miles no problem without problems like yours.

Like the other guy was saying, just replace it.

If it runs, I wouldn't even bother getting another KA since you plan to SR it soon. Save the money for the sr.
