Help me identify these connectors *pic*
I am converting to manual and stripping the body harness of any unused wires. I am trying to figure out what the connectors are circled in blue. I know the top one needs to be jumped for the car to start. What are the 3 below that?
Also, I don't have a clue what the connectors circled in red are. I don't even think they were on my harness. Anyone know? ![]() |

Did you read the FSM? It tells you everything without creating a thread.
The top four are for the automatic transmission. The lower ones go to the lower harness for manual transmission, alternator, and starter wiring.

So besides the 2 wires that needed to be joined to bypass the neutral start switch, NO OTHER WIRES are needed from this part?
(Besides VSS, but that's separate from these 4 connectors) |

Also, can I bypass the anti-theft relay just by running the main ignition wire straight to the starter, passing up the anti-theft relay and the neutral switch?

I know that stuff. I am relocating the fuse box to inside the car and I am trying to get rid of as mamy wires as I can in the body harness. I am trying to remove all of the auto tranny stuff, all of the anti-theft stuff. Things like that. I am not asking about how to wire the swap
![]() I guess I'll just go outside and figure it out. I figured more people had done this... |
