OK, some questions:

1. Are JDM S13 brake calipers 2-piston vs. the USDM's single-piston?

2. Are JDM S13 brake rotors/pads bigger than USDM's S13 rotors?

3. If yes to #2, is there an equivalent rotor/pad in the US market (Maxima, etc.) that is available in the same LUG pattern (4 x 114.3)?

Please, no "I heard..." answers. I would like to end all headaches with definite answers.

Thanks.

from my little knowledge of cars, i think the JDM s13 break is exactly the same as late 80's early 90's maxima, same size rotor same caliper and same dual piston caliper.  that's all i know

I know for a FACT that the JDM S13 front calipers are dual piston and the rotors are 24mm larger in diameter!

Yes, they're larger. Also, they are the same as a S13 ABS calipers. So you could use those, and if you don't have ABS, no sweat, just don't use the sensor, you should be fine.
