Hybrid performance
Good people - wentout of their way to fix a problem. Ordered a greddy vspl fmic & a walbro. Received the walbro not the gredy vspl. Had no luck with getting anything out of UPS - I though I was out $700. Hybrid sent me a replacement intercooler anyway - they took tjhe $700 hit not me. I am happy. Will definitely buy from them again .

I even ask if it includes the cap for it. He said no, but it does (stock include one, but he try to charge me for it). On top of that I need the adatper fitting for the lower radiator hose (the one that splices the radiator hose) and he said it would come with it. I felt he was giving a good price, so I order extra stuff to give him business (shift knob and Rocker arm stoppers), then when I got my stuff, I try to email him about the adapter fitting, I did not get a response for 2-3 days, yet when he was trying to sell stuff to me, I got multiple responses in a day. This guy is trying to make a sale, he does not know his products. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS FROM THIS GUY AGAIN. |

I ordered the lug nuts that they advertised last week on here 39 dollars shipped (2 day delivery). they look to be new just as expected. but The customer service was the worst i have ever dealt with. The guy was rude and bascally came across as though he didn't really care since he already had my money. i will not order from them again and with the shipping mix up i would stear all others clear too. luckily for me it was some cheap shit that i wasn't waiting for to get the car on the road. but it could be something more valuable. They use paypal as their only means of payment and direct you to he online store even if you call on the phone. They also dont have a problem violating Paypal TOS and will ship to addresses that are not confirmed/ addresses that are not the same as the address you specify if the programm they use to print labels doesn't recognize your address. They do not try to find solutions to mistakes and leave all problems on the buyer unless you really get on their ass. over all the product and price were as expected but imho customer service is non existent until I got rude
