get collars. sometimes they're referred to as inserts. you can opt to get the inserts which you can install without dropping the subframe, or you can opt for the actual solid bushing which replaces the oem rubber entirely (requires pressing out old rubber and inserting new solid aluminum ones) the latter is not recommended for dd usage unless you are deaf.

id like to get the spl parts alum. subframe bushing replacements. I dont care too much about the noise... but how else is it bad for driveability? I have my subframe out. so its either buy new OEM bushings, and deal with my spacers, or get metal bushing replacements.
...i daily my car, but it sees track time 4-5 times a year. |

The aluminum collars like to crack. I had Greg Dupree subframe bushings on my old RHS13 and they were fine. The diff was a little noisier but whatever
