Ka24det ecu options.

Ive been looking into how im going to tune my engine and what system i should use. All i read is that the tune will make or break any setup especially turbo applications. With that being said i want to learn how to tune but i dont know what system would best suit me. I want something to have as many features as possible to get the maximum potential out of the system and not blow up. I plan on switching from my t28 to a gt32 or something over the winter and trying to push 400whp so please dont tell me to run a safc and fuck around with it. Was looking at megasquirt, nistune. And can you alter tunes from enthalpy?
Thanks for any help/advise.

You're not going to tune it yourself, that spells disaster.
It's really up to what you NEED almost every ECU has all the features you would need. Nistune, Megasquirt, AEM, NismoTronics, etc. Look at them all and determine what you really need.

As far as I know you cannot alter Enthalpy tunes. I would assume Martin locks the chips? Also rom tuning is not real time.

Lol. I need to hit 400whp reliably. And not have to switch my ecu. I really want to learn how to tune though. I understand the basics i know its a learning process i would j take it slow and gradually work my way up. Also what would be things you would reccomend that i "need". Im just gonna go back to google lmfao. Im not there yet.
