alight this is for general information.  what is ALL the names (chassis, engine, and the name for which normal people would know them by) for the 180/240/silvia.  i have heard alot of talk of cars and have had no idea of what they are.  now with the help of you guys this will be for all who are like me.

+for instance, in the US version 89-93 240 there is a taillight conversion that you can do...tight as hell...but heard that it is not from the factory...that is something they do aftermarket.+

so if you know anything post it...lets hear it...dont be shy. this is for everyone...peace

ok first off have you tried doing a search? A lot of what your asking is here in the archives. Next in reference to the taillight conversion you are asking about is well documented. One is the R32 skyline round taillights that take doing bodywork to make them fit. The second is the 96.5 and up 180sx (Kouki ) round taillight conversion that did come from the factory in Japan and bolts in to 89-93 Hatch.
As far as the cars go 89-90(S13) hatchs and coupes where Zenki's 91-93 states 91-95 Japan where Chouki
96-98180sx's (hatchs in Japan) was Kouki
Now this was also repeated with the S14 but me being a S13 owner I could not tell you the exact names for each year of the S14

oh by the GTR 240 is a misnomer. the only GTR's from Nissan were the Skyline and the Pulsar GTiR

search, search search... search zilvia, search freshalloy, sear the web as a whole.  All this information is out there, relatively easy to access.

There are so many variations and models, it'd be a bit time consuming for someone to type them all out.
