Alright, well my search for a 240SX might finally be over. This is the condition of the one that I'm looking at to buy.

1992 Nissan 240SX SE Fastback
195,000 kms (120,000 miles)
ABS, Power Windows, Power Mirrors, Sunroof (they all have them as far as I know), Super Hicas (works surprisingly well), new front brake rotors and pads, new rear brakepads, extra set of factory wheels with winter tires (Blizzaks I believe), clutch is about 2 years old
$8300 Canadian obo

I'm bringing the car to my mechanic next week to get everything checked out. The problem with the car is that there are little rust spots plus 3 big ones on the undercarriage (the guy is getting those done for the safety anyways) plus there is a crack somewhere on the sunroof so it might let rain come through.

So let me know if you guys think if this is a good deal or not and also some spots that I might want to check on the car.

*edit* Sorry I forgot to add that the shifter is pretty loose and if I should worry about that. It's not too bad but I'd rather it be a bit firmer.

I bought my 1989 240sx for $2500 last year.  96000 miles.
yours doesn't sound like a good deal to me.

That is WAY too much. $8300 CDN = ~$5200 US.

You are getting ripped off man. For that price the car would have to be in MINT condition and have only like 80,000 km.

Yeah, I don't think that I'm going to get it anyways. I might just fly down to Toronto and get one there. I can find one for a lot cheaper with a lot less mileage. Besides, I don't want to spend more then $7000 Canadian on one anyway. And for that I want one that's in really good condition mechanicly and has practically no rust on the undercarriage especially.

my friend, for an S13, you shouldn't break 5,500 cnd or so... If you do, you're already getting ripped. Do yourself a favor; buy a 3,000 car and use the leftover money for turn- go- and stop- fast goodies. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/hehe.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':hehe:'>
