So I have a Ca18det and I have the stock maf, I replaced the wiring and after I did it won't rev past 2k and getting it there takes wot, I have to start it like 3 times before it'll stay no long enough to idle hard, I figure it's the wiring since it's going on since i replace the wires... any way I should have blk/wht to blk/wht, blk to blk, green/yellow to green/yellow, and green/blk to green/blk right?

Sounds like either your exhaust is plugged or you do not have enough fuel pressure. Generally a MAF problem or ignition problem will not limit your car's revs. Get a wiring diagram.

couldn't soaked spark plugs have something to do w/ it?

stock KA24E maf, or stock CA maf?
if its the KAE maf, its white to green and black
