symtoms:
weak clutch pedal
no pressure

So I got a new hydraulic clutch system (Master Cyl, and Slave cyl), and then it had lots of pressure, but my clutch started slipping.  So I put a new clutch in.

Now after I had the clutch put in it doesn't have that much pressure anymore and the pedal doesn't come up all the way.  It will come to where the extra play starts and stays there.

I went to auto zone because I didn't know if this was just an attribute of the hydraulic clutch or not.  The guy there said it probably needs bleeding. I'm guessing this is correct.

Also how do you bleed the clutch? Just raise the front end and pump the clutch pedal until no more bubles come up, or is there something else.

-Dave-

p.s. I just saw in the FAQ's that there is something on this but it doesn't make any sence to me since I have a brand new hydrualic system.

Yeah, it definately sounds like your clutch needs to be bled. As far as how to do it, there's an article Here: http://www.motorvate.ca/auto/maxima/...utch_bleed.htm
