in this picture, which one is the lower guide of the upper chain, the object on the left or the object on the right....

sorry i am in the process of gettin rid of the timing chain noise, and have figured out all of what i need, except what exactly 1 of the 2 top guides is...i have already removed the obvious uppermost guide

please only people that are sure they are correct
