i wrecked the front end of my 95 240, the repair shop is gonna have to cut out the radiator support and put in a new one, i figure i wanna put a 97 front end instead, can i just have them weld in a radiator support from a 97 and use a bumper support from a 97, will the 97 fenders and lights fit right or will any custom fabrication needed? is it worth the time and money?

Im not totally sure but I think it would cost more than the effort. I thought the 97-98 models had a slightly redesigned front end to give a more 'agressive' look.

I haven't done it myself, but from everyone i've talked to, if you have right fenders, lights, and hood, the 97-98 front end should bolt right on. The subframe is the same, so as long as you have the parts, it'll be fine. Oh, and if you wrecked your whole front end, it shouldn't cost more, but the lights may cost a bit more. Do a search, this has been discussed tons of times.

BTW: Why doesn't anyone want to put Zenki front end on the Kouki eh?? Oh well...

if it is possible to do the conversion by myself, how do i do it?

You just need the 97 fenders, hood, lights, and bumper. Apparently they just bolt on, or so I've heard.
