Dude, it's cake to do it. Don't be lazy and save money. That labor money can be used to put other parts on car.
You call up one friend right? Then you say, "are you hungry? I want pizza."
Order Pizza and say to him "hey you should call whats his name and have him bring some beer". then we just kick it. After 3 or 4 beers each, start talking about cars and drifting and how fun it is.
Then get sad and be like "man I wish I could have my car out there right now". " dude, I bet we can knock this shit out right now". Some dude on Zilvia wanted to charge me like 600.00 to do it. "what u guys think abou that?".

and before you know it "ok, crank it"..(VROOOOOOOOM VROOOOOOOM).

I got a roomate that would do it, he would probably charge you a grand. It's really probably just better to just get the step by step hybrid how to from scc or all the other places on the web. If you have the proper tools, you can get it done. Of course it won't be easy and things always go wrong when you work on cars, but you'll feel better about it having done it yourself.

i'd do it for about $450-500. alldata quotes 10.7 hours to swap a dohc engine out (a complete engine, not long blocks). it actually takes about 5-6 hours to do by yourself if you know what ur doing. can be done in about 3-4 if you have 2 dudes with a clue.
