I am doing a sr swap (red top) into my 89 fastback.
I was wondering if i still wire the harness like http://srownersclub.com/faq/#harness describes and then plug the harness into the Apexi fc or does the harness no longer needs to be cut and i just plug and play with the fc and red top harness??? sorry if its a stubid question

if your asking does the harness just plug right into the powerfc then you answer is yes.

yea i figured that but i know when swapping a sr there is a procedure where you wire the sr harness into the ka24de harness do i still do that?

Wire up the harness just like all the install guides tell you to. Then plug in the pfc and have fun.

Your doing the wiring so the chassis can power the engine and harness. The power fc basically replaces the ECU.

Does anyone know where i can find a english manual for the fc? I was looking on the apexi site and all they have is a set up for a honda.

I was wondering if the setup would be the same or if someone with a fc can pm me how to start

not to be an ass, but there was a thread about 2 days ago on power fc setup on a redtop, just do a search and it should come up

But im doing some outside search as well it always good to learn some new stuff but ill keep an eye on koukis thread thanks everyone
