I need new spark plugs. My current mods are in my sig. What company would be the best for my application and what heat range? I appreciate your help.

If you aren't running nitrous or forced induction then just run the stock plugs.  Stock S14 plugs are platinum and they cost $8-$10 each and not worth it IMO.  Just run the same plug as the 91-94 KA's.
