ka throttle body on sr

ok ive gota dohc ka tb going on an s14 sr, so i can keep cruise control.
one thing i have noticed, is that the sr throttle body inner diameter is much smaller. will the larger inner diameter create a problem, as i am running a very oem setup.
also the way the hoses hook up is different.
finally, the throttle position sensors are different, which i guess means i will need to be splicing wires?
can anyone shed some light on this?
it just seems the nico writeup about this was so vague, and made no mention of these things i have noticed.

the easy way is to get a s14 sr20de (na motor) throttle body and slapping it on. Its a bolt on affair besides swapping over the TPS. Good luck trying to find one tho, i've had a hard time myself.

The S14SR is a high port where as the S13SR and all the KA's are low port intake manifolds. You will find that the pulley is going to be 90* out from the cable brace. Best solution is a s14 sr20de with CC.
