i saw the post on turbos for an s14, but which is the best turbo for an s13 stock motor .... is there any for a price under 1k ? ...... and how much would a turbo cut my engine life for the long run ... mine engine has 67,000 now

Well the S13 and S14  have almost identical KA24DE engines (save for the SOHC in the 89-90's).  This means that whatever worked for the S14 should work approximately the same in an S13.  The only real issue to watch for is fitment.
