heater hose hook up?

the lines for my heater core are currently recirculated on my s13

want to hook them to the heater core, but need to know which hose goes to the top and which to the bottom.

searching all morning w/no luck

thx for help

found the line regulated by the temperature control rod, now is the inlet of the heater core the bottom spout??? or the top?

Well, the thing is that if you pull the lever to cold, the coolant within the heater core will be stuck and you it will not exchange heat from the engine anymore since coolant from engine is not getting in. So it really does not matter.
