So for AutoX and track days, I know you are supposed to have your windows down. My problem is that I am going to my first autox on Sun, but my drivers side window is broken, it doesn't go down! You should not be able to pass tech like that. Having the windows down is for safety. The door and door panel will catch any broken glass and you won't get guillotined.
