Question What would make it do this?

Hello all, I just got my car back after alil waitting. Well its a sr20det, but here is the problem when I shift into 4th gear the car runs like its pose to, but when I get off the gas it pops out of 4th gear.. Any one have a problem like this? and if so what should I try and do next? new trany, or can it be fixed? Thanks for taken the time to help.

A new tranny it is, especially if it won't stay in gear and pops out like that.

Then the next thing would be, I know that a ka trany will work by changen the bell houseing but does any one know what the diffrence is in the gear raitos? or would it just be best to get a sr trany?
