s13 fr fender rolling question

ok i rolled the fender awhile back. took the fender off yesterday. and its almost like it bowd in. i have to push the bottom part towards the door. bolted it up. now it kinda bows out in the middle of the fender closest to the door.?? do i have to cut some relief points?

Post up pics so we can get a better idea of what you did to your fender. And what is now happening to it.

maybe you hammered a bit too much?

try adjusting the fender by loosening the bolts and moving it backwards...see if that helps

When you pull it out the sides are going to want to come in unless you actually stretch the metal which isn't going to happen with a roller. This is perfectly normal. Each time the fender comes off you're going to have to play with it to get it to fit like you had it the last time.

dont cut notches dude, you're gonna have more problems. the front fenders are paper thin and will flex to fit. just keep working with it. have someone push the fender back towards the door and the bolt it down.

you guys need to understand when you pull fenders the material has to come from somewhere... once a fender is pulled it's most generally not going to line up perfectly everywhere.... just the name of the game.
