Police officers working with the DARE program have issued this
Warning: If you are driving after dark and see an on-coming car
with no headlights on, DO NOT FLASH YOUR LIGHTS AT THEM! This is a
common Bloods member 'initiation game' that goes like this: The new
gang member under initiation drives along with no headlights, and
the first car to flash their headlights at him is now his 'target.'.

He is now required to turn around and chase that car, then
shoot and kill every individual in the vehicle in order to complete
his initiation requirements.

I heard this when i was like in junior high. Even if it were true i really don't care about other people on the road besides myself and my passengers. So, if i see some douche bag driving without headlight i'd be like '' that dude is going to get pulled over ahahahaha''.

Chances are its a like 5 black dude in a old old ass continental. That can barely go 80MPH. I'd give it a shot. ahahah get it??? A shot?!?!? ahhhh NVM jeez.

If they catch me then I must fucken die If I own a car that's faster and handles better then there moms Maxima/Cavalier/Town Car/Regal/Monte Carlo/Impala(The FF one)LOL/Any piece of shit they drive. But I still think this is a Urban Legend.
