alright will i was cruising to canada. its like 3 hour drive from where i live at. when i got into the small streets. my trans didnt let me shift back in gear. everytime i press clutch and try to put in gear itll grind. so i shut off my car for like 5 minutes and then start up, it would go in but roughly. what could it be the problem?

is your pressure plate working? do you feel it dissenguage the clutch?

yeah my pressure plate us work. i can hear it kind of grinding noise when i lightly press my clutch while im in neutral. id engage and dissengage. its just the noise that is bothering me. also when i go off from first gear, my car shakes alot now. :S

either your clutch disk worn or pressure plate

what kind of clutch you guys perfer? im running stock with fmic and greddy type s bov. 3 inch dump to cat exhaust. im running 12-14 psi. also just replace my head gasket.
