i dont know about s14s, but you dont have to on s13s. just remve the stuff below the wheel, drop the column and take out a bunch of screws...bada bing bada boom.

yea i found it on sr20 hybrids... fuck though... i installed and the rpm gauge aint moving... could it be broken or i didnt plug it in all the way? if it is broken how do i fix it lolz

hey man- guess what? i think you got screwed. you know that lovely RPM/tachometer thingy of yours just might be a CA18DE(T) guage cluster. happened to me too! but i had the Digital one... so its still cool, sorta. it doesnt work right.  <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>

fuck, so it's not gonna work right at all? it should work regardless...

my stock rpm tach redlines at 6,500...  thats the whole point of buying the cluster so it'll redline correctly with the sr20 swap. speedo works... =/

i dont know... i'm guessing it's because it's automatic.. it's not reading the output right or something. I believe auto and manual tach's are different? freakin mine has a O/D  light on it.. i shoulda known!!! =/

anyways... hopefully our gauges start working out of the blue =)
