Found this little guy in my basement window well the other day. No idea how he got down there or how he's surviving (food, etc...). It looks like he's dug himself a hole where he spends most of the time.

i kinda agree with the furry panda maybe like pink and purple extra fuzzy with a samurai sword and a dildo.

damn jack i didnt know you were part native american......LOL....although that gecko does look pretty cool, and i have to admit that a furry pink panda would be awesome..and i do mean awesome....i think we should have a smiley but with mr. potatoe head features..like changeable eyes and mouth and different props much like the smiley's we actually use.

that looks like a salamander to me... is it pretty wet where he's created his abode?... they're amphibious...you find little red ones under rocks down by the old dirty bastard scioto over here all the time

It was raining the day I managed to get the pictures, normally you just see his head poking out of his hole.

Yeah, totally not a gecko. A gecko would never survive a CO winter.
Salamanders burrow and stay warm in the cold months.
I think they hunt at night, so thats why he probably seems like he is there all of the time.

Heres some interesting info I found on the Tiger Salamander:
-May live to be 20 years old!
-Seem to have a perpetual grin on their face.
-Have four toes on their front feet and five on their back feet.
-Are the largest terrestrial salamanders in the world - up to 14 inches in length!
-Prefer to eat earthworms and insects, but will also eat small frogs and baby mice.
