SR20 WONT START!!! Help pretty please!

Well i went to finaly try and start my project car of 2 years yesterday and i didnt have much luck! I am getting fuel definetly(fuel pressure gauge) and im getting spark although when i tested for spark it seemed alittle weak to me but this pup just doesnt want to run. When i first go to crank it over it starts to fire then falls on it face and just cranks. And another weird thing is when im done trying to crank my egi pump relay start buzzing like crazy until i cut the power??? The fuel in the car is about a year old and my car ran last before i switched my turbo. If anyone could give me some advise id love to hear it !

Yes sir! Rewired for top feed injector clips. Fuel system (pump/injectors) seem to be ok! My real concern is weak spark and that egi pump relay buzzing

This might sound like a dumb suggestion, but its actually kept me from starting a couple of cars with a similar problem....firstly, check all of your grounds, and also, make sure your ignitor is grounded...
