No Boost!! Help!

Hi everybody. I need help. I have an s14 sr20det with Greddy RS blow off valve and Apexi AVCR boost controller. The boost controller was set to 1bar with solenoid duty cycle of 62%. I was always getting 1bar of boost reading on the boost controller screen. My Greddy blowoff valve is recirculated because it was leaking, anway regardless I was getting 1bar on the boost controller and then suddenly today not getting more than 0.78bar, no settings were changed. I checked all the vacuum lines and there are no holes or leaks.

Any suggestions for a quick fix or something I am missing? Thanks guys

BTW I don't have a separate boost gauge, I use the reading on the AVCR boost controller.

If you know your BOV is leaking, why would you still want to push 1bar? Just cuz your boost gauge says 1 bar does not equate for how much the turbo is making up for the leak. This is one of the easiest way to blow a turbo by pushing it way pass its capability.

So my guess is either you have a new leak or your BOV is leaking more. Go pressurize the whole system and see if you have a leak somewhere else.

You make an excellent point about blowing up my turbo with a leaky BOV, but the fact that it is recirculated, does it still make a difference? Is that the reason why I don't have any boost that it is leaking more?

Greddy parts SUCK, that BOV I bought it new and used it for 6 months and then started leaking.

Thanks for your input.

Doesnt matter if your recircing it or not...the turbo is still over exerting itself.
