I just got some new silvia emblems. How do I get off the stock front Nissan and rear 240sx emblems without hurting the paint? Any recommendations?

use dental floss for the rear emblem. Work it between the emblem and the trunk.

the front emblem just pops off. Look under the hood, where the emblem is on the outside, you'll see two little "prongs". Gently push them out. Make sure that when you remove both the emblems, the car has been cool for a while.

I tried that but I couldn't get it off...I had to use fishing line cuz it kept shredding the dental floss <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

They shouldv'e used 3M double sided tape...that's what I did and they're not coming off any time soon....you just have to make sure you get them straight the FIRST time.

they used some kinda shitty glue on it. they did a really bad job cause they didn't wipe off the excess and they just left all the excess around the edges of the logos. I was really dissapointed about that.
